Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using our Website and Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or Services.
Eligibility Our Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using our Website and Services, you represent you are at least 18 years old.
1. Services Provided
Electronic Recycling Solution specializes in:
* Secure IT asset disposal
* Data destruction (physical & digital)
* Electronics recycling & e-waste management
* IT asset Remarketing & resale
* Compliance with environmental and data security regulations
* Equipment Collection Fees: The Company will quote a pick-up fee based on the inventory list provided for collection. In case of any change in the equipment inventory after the quote has been approved, The Company reserves the right to change the quote based on actual inventory available for the collection. By accepting these terms, the customer also agrees to accept the revised quote.
2. Client Responsibilities
* Provide accurate information about the equipment being recycled.
* Ensure proper authorization for the disposal of assets.
* Remove any non-recyclable or hazardous materials not covered under our services.
* Comply with all applicable laws regarding data privacy and e-waste disposal
* You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: – Using our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. – Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our Services.
3. Data Security & Destruction
* We adhere to industry-standard data destruction methods
* Clients must inform us of any specific compliance requirements before service begins.
* We provide a Certificate of Destruction upon request.
4. Pricing & Payment
* Pricing is based on the type, quantity, and condition of equipment.
* Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
* Free Pick-Up: Complimentary pick-up is available when the inventory has sufficient volume and fair market value to offset the cost of collection. For low-volume inventory or e-waste, service fees will apply
5. Liability & Warranty
* We are not liable for any data breaches resulting from improper client handling before pickup.
* All equipment is recycled or disposed of in compliance with environmental laws.
* We do not guarantee resale value for remarketed items.
6.Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
* Cancellations must be made 7 days before scheduled service.
* Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 30 days.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (logos, text, graphics) is owned by Electronic Recycling Solution and protected by copyright laws.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Atlanta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
